- Menghormati latar belakang keluarga dan sosial peserta didik serta berusaha mewujudkan kesetaraan dalam Pendidikan (Memiliki Wawasan Kemanusiaan / Human Insight).
- Menyadari dan menerima tanggung jawab atas pengaruh jangka panjang yang ditinggalkan guru dalam kehidupan murid (Memikul Tanggung Jawab Pengaruh / Responsibility of Influence).
- Bersedia mengakui kesalahan dan keterbatasan diri, baik dalam pengetahuan maupun sikap (Kerendahan Hati / Humility).
- Bekerja sama dan saling belajar dengan rekan sejawat demi kemajuan Bersama (Kolegialitas / Collegiality).
- Mengakui kontribusi peserta didik dan kolega sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran yang saling melengkapi (Kemitraan / Partnership).
